Flanges – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 7.49 to 9.4 percent
Glycine – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on glycine from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
PC strand – dumping margin of 53.65 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Turkey for the period Sept. 30, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2022
Steel pipe – (1) dumping margins of 9.77 and 12.92 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2015, through Oct. 31, 2016, and (2) dumping margin of 2.8 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2021
Steel plate – net subsidy rates of 0.25 and 0.28 percent (both de minimis) in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
