Reigning NL Co-Player of the Week Albert Pujols has been part of quite a few highlight-worthy moments lately. The majority of those moments have come on the field, where the three-time MVP is hitting .432 with seven homers this month. His most impressive highlight on Wednesday night, however, came outside the white lines.

Cooper, a young Cardinals fan, made the trek to Wrigley Field for Wednesday night's game, and he brought a sign that said "Albert, can we trade jerseys? Go Cardinals!" When Cooper approached the Cards' dugout following St. Louis' 7-1 loss to the Cubs, the future Hall of Famer happily obliged, sliding his game-worn jersey to the young fan under the protective net and across the top of the dugout. Cooper reacted in total disbelief as he realized what had just happened.

Getting to see Pujols, one of the greatest sluggers in baseball history, during his farewell season is a thrilling experience in itself for any Cardinals fan. But the 11-time All-Star helped take Cooper's experience to the next level on Wednesday night.
